Unpaid wages & tribunal awards are unfortunately very common across Europe. DebtReg records these debts just as any other. Monies that are proven to be legitimately outstanding to current or previous employees are added to the public register.
DebtReg.com enables employees or their representatives to register commercial debtors on our central debtor database.
Additionally they can instruct our UK or EU recovery team to pursue the outstanding debt when it is legitimately owed.

If you are owed wages, a tribunal award or sales commission by a current or previous employer (within the last 6 years) DebtReg will record the debt.
Once you upload details of the debt we will request proof & then update the register. DebtReg is searched by an ever growing number of financial institutions & negative debt entries will affect the credit rating & public standing of the debtor organisation.

To start the registration process, simply upload any supporting documentation such as court orders, email communications or statements & we will contact the debtor & update the register once we are satisfied that the debt is outstanding.
