Simply add or upload details of the debt(s) owed to you including the contact details of the debtor, a brief description, the debt value & evidence such as an invoice or Judgment.
DebtReg will register any verified debt owed by UK & EU individuals or organisations provided that they are not covered by The UK Consumer Credit Act (eg credit card debts etc).
2. Await initial 48 hour update
Our UK verification team will communicate with the debtor within 48 hours of the registration.
After 48 hours you will recieve a secure login & an online update so as you can view the status of your entry on our live system.
3. Live debtor registration
Once your outstanding debt has been verified, details of the debtor & the specific debt are added to our live database which is visible to the general public & financial organisations.
It is imperative that creditors contact DebtReg as soon as the debt is settled to remove the entry from our database in real time.
